No i deer Posted March 2, 2023 Report Share Posted March 2, 2023 A neck tension mandrel might push most of it out.. If the bearing surface of your bullet doesn't go near the doughnut its not a problem.. If your that bothered about it get an inside neck reamer and skim the doughnut out.
