bish789
Tikka M595 in .222, wooden stock (not deluxe), 3 round mag and Sonic Moderator (with serial number)Bought it from Malmo Guns in Cumbria.I'm the second owner. Was borescoped when I got it and it hardly fired any rounds according to them.Apparently owner didn't use it that much and was a regular customer of theirs.I've put about 100 rounds of factory ammo through it (PPU, nothing fantastic)Wooden stock, good condition, blued barrel. Unfortunately usual mod ring on barrel. It's got a Brittania rails picattiny adapter on it, which I was going to sell separately but if it goes for asking price I'll include in the deal.Bipod not included.I'm selling because I'm getting back into target shooting. Will throw in a sling and a slip if I can find where I put it.£450 which includes £40 RFD fee at my end and correct procedure with regard to FAC entry to be followed for sale.Must have slot for rifle and mod
srvet
I am pleased to be the bearer of good news. This rifle is in fact a deluxe model as it has the rosewood fore-end tip and roll over cheekpiece. The standard rifle had neither of those features and a more pedestrian shaped stock. The 595 is a brilliant action and I should know as I own three of them! Good luck with the sale!
bish789
Thanks srvet It does indeed have the raised c/piece, but no rosewood fore-end, and that's why I described it as not the deluxe so as not to raise expectation.

One on top of two
I had one of these little stunners in 22-250 back in 2002 ... hands down the best tikka I have ever owned, and IMHO the best tikka they ever made to date . .222 is a fantastic cal too . srvet
I might be wrong but I think that has a foreend tip present but the wood is low contrast in regard to the rest of the stock. I thought about this rifle last night when I stalked a 6 pointer buck with my 595 deluxe! I’m glad this has gone on to another good home. They are cracking rifles 😎
bish789
Thanks srvet. Sorry to see it go, but I'd rather see it go to someone who will use and appreciate it, than be a cabinet queen.
