That bald headed Geordie
As shooters there are so many things we can purchase as toys for boys etc. Well how about a cheaper alternative that will do the job. So here is my cheap alternative to spending unnecessary money with regard to cleaning my rifles. I just cut a section out to get the barrel in so my dirty patches just drop into the container. Saves ££££££££££s on the fancy patch catcher. Of course it doesn't have to be 'Bold' you can use Daz, Ariel or some other well known brand of washer tabs. What is your cheaper alternative? mole-e30
Les, I'm guessing that you then use the Bold 3 in 1 pods to wash the patches so you can reuse them...... How many "firings" do you get from each patch?
MrCetrizine
I just let them drop on the table.

But I get many 'firings' from each patch and can heartily recommend 'Bold' as the patches smell lovely and feel marvellous to the touch.
