bradders
Well you'll need to blast it first, or no matter what paint you use...it won't stick

bradders
Cerakote and Duracoat are popular and hard wearing, but if you can't get that done then a decent car paint and a clear coat on top will work and be durable
exmarksman9870
i know dura coat etc but the cost of that will be a false econamy so to speak... just need to find a ss primer then matt black it...
Grum87
Find someone near by that does cerakoting and ask them to do it next time they're doing someone elses rifle. Unless they're a totally miserable git they won't rip the 4rse out of you for it.

miki
Like I said in TSD - rub it with pickling paste and use a 'special metals' primer or (as Ed said) ask your local powder coating emporium to paint it. It does look more Alluminium than Stainless in your pic ?
