matchking Posted June 5, 2016 Report Share Posted June 5, 2016 We shoot between 30-40 a year mainly with .270 although i have just fitted NV to my 300wsm and have shot a few with that over the last month or so. Anything above 6.5 should be fine. There those who condone shooting them with small calibres but never mention the failiures . A good big un will always beat a good small one.
