GBR action 7mm08 - scope base spec

I have recently purchased used 7mm08 based on GBR action. It currently has a rather high steel scope base and I am looking to replace it with something lower or a pair of scope mounts.

 

I have found out that it is not a standard remington 700 SA clone.

 

I would be grateful if anyone has any suggestions?
