Cheers A bit off topic but I'd avoid DHL like the plague after a recent screw up. Just shipped a 30KG display stand to Germany via UPS in 2 days for £60, no agro and no damage! When I asked they're meaning all glass items (vase, bowls etc) but a well wrapped optical instrument was fine. Came to about £35 with tracking & insurance to £2.5K.
