new gun old brass

Best practice is "new rifle new brass",but if you full length resize (twice does no harm) a few used brass and carefully check they chamber and eject, then you can probably get away with using what you have-at least for that headstamped lot of brass.Chambers can/do differ just a little even in factory chambers,so check first.Do not force unloaded brass into chamber,or you may end up with stuck case,to be knocked out.If brass chambers easliy, very carefully check chambering with a loaded round or two.DO NOT FORCE.If it sticks, you have a problem....DO NOT TRY TO KNOCK OUT.
