gbal Posted January 21, 2015 Report Share Posted January 21, 2015 Best practice is "new rifle new brass",but if you full length resize (twice does no harm) a few used brass and carefully check they chamber and eject,then you can probably get away with using what you have-at least for that headstamped lot of brass.Chambers can/do differ just a little even in factory chambers,so check first.Do not force unloaded brass into chamber,or you may end up with stuck case,to be knocked out.If brass chambers easliy,very carefully check chambering with a loaded round or two.DO NOT FORCE.If it sticks,you have a problem....DO NOT TRY TO KNOCK OUT.
