Not computer projected bull. 105 A-max through a 24" barrel, what velocity do you achieve? Currently my barrel is 26" and I fancy 24" with a thread change. My velocity is 2900fps the ballistics are cracking. But of late the need of 600+ stats are not required. I'm not interested in rule of thumb loss of 20fps per inch. onehole Posted March 13, 2014 Report Share Posted March 13, 2014 Yeah I had 2800 on a 24" tube a while back,,,cant remember load offhand but was getting toward top end I would imagine.,,,,,I only run my current 26 inch tube at 2800 with the 105,s,,,it,ll do more but its on an accurate node just where it is.
