20 Tac forming dies

Anybody got a set of forming dies to resize 223 cases to 20 Tac I can hire or borrow for a short while?

I thought it was a two die system for forming the 20 Tac?

I used to form them by simply running a .223 case through a Redding .20TAC full length size die, this worked just fine for me.

There really is no need to over complicate this with forming dies.

As said just run it through a full length size die. Only thing to make sure it is a proper FL die and not a bushing die so the whole of the neck is sized down.

as David states -i ran 223 lapua match through the 20 fl die then through a 20 tac neck bushing die -loaded and fired.accuracy was less than 1 m.o.a on initial forming plenty accurate enough for vermin.

the dies i had went with the rifle i still have his number may be worth a call to see if he will lend you the forming die.

Cheers chaps just put a few through my FL die and apart from a few wrinkles on the body that I take it will fireform out, they look fine

Sounds good. You may have simply over lubed the cases before sizing and they are hydraulic dents.

Try a tiny little bit less lube next time but you are right they will blow out when you fire them.
