6mmBR
I used to form them by simply running a .223 case through a Redding .20TAC full length size die, this worked just fine for me. Cheers Dave

6mmBR
There really is no need to over complicate this with forming dies. As said just run it through a full length size die. Only thing to make sure it is a proper FL die and not a bushing die so the whole of the neck is sized down. Cheers Dave

Cheers Dave as David states -i ran 223 lapua match through the 20 fl die then through a 20 tac neck bushing die -loaded and fired.accuracy was less than 1 m.o.a on initial forming plenty accurate enough for vermin. the dies i had went with the rifle i still have his number may be worth a call to see if he will lend you the forming die. let me know if you will. You may have simply over lubed the cases before sizing and they are hydraulic dents.Try a tiny little bit less lube next time but you are right they will blow out when you fire them.
