Davy
Sporting Services usually have some in stock for target, not sure about expanding.
The Gun Pimp
I've had some from Viking Arms - three bullet weights are offered - 108, 123 and 139 grain. It's loaded quite 'soft'.

Perhaps they are loaded to what Lapua's ballisticians designed the case to be capable of?
gbal
The original Lapua market was for a "better than 6BR" for 300m international competition shooting.Their commercial loads might be tailored to this. The 6x47 L has found othe applications of course. It is ballistically quite close to the 260 Rem,especially with 120/130 bullets. The 260 rem itself has seen use as a tactical cartridge, but there are specifically hunting commercial loadings for it.These seem to be around 2300/2400 ftlbs,so it is very likely that a 6.5x47L deer legal loading is feasable, and reloaders have shown it's UK capabilities as a deer cartridge. That is not to say it is likely any time soon, commercially.Forker does not list any commercial ammunition for the 6x47L,available in the US-though there is some European ammo (Lapua),match oriented. No big enough market? Competing with 260 rem, which has not made a big impact on UK deer shooting?. Not many 6.5x47 L chambered rifles, especially deer rifles? cf 6BR-great cartridge, almost no factory rifles (there may be magazine issues etc etc),or 6PPC (Ruger and Sako no longer available...)-very fine cartridges indeed,but.....
