re'M'ington Posted March 14, 2012 Author Report Share Posted March 14, 2012 Are you carrying the carcass's through the house?.................Yes straight through one door and out of the other What do you do with waste disposal?..................Taken away by the 'Bone Man' Seems difficult at the rear of domestic property..................As long as you have the experience in working in a Hygienic and controlled way,and you are disciplined it isn't a problem as was agreed with the EHO on his visit. Have enough issues with carcass handling with a fully equipped estate larder let alone one at ones home!...............As I say it is about order and regimented routine.
