I'd like to try this! From what I have read you only need permission if it's private water. Most fishermen will rip your arm off if you offered to catch signal crayfish

My and my son harvest these from our invested pool each year,  purge for 2 days then cook. We cook with chilli flakes and wild garlic , we all love it!
