Barrelsniffer Posted June 29, 2011 Report Share Posted June 29, 2011 Apparently there only for sale to US citizens and when bought have to sign a form stating that when sold , passed on ect that it wont leave the US i have the form somewhere..there classed similar to a weapon and if your caught leaving the US its arms trafficking...couldnt attach the form so copied and pasted below. I could not give you the exact details but for an individual the chances of personally exporting Gen. 3 NV from the US is precisely zero. I could not give you the exact details but for an individual the chances of personally exporting Gen. 3 NV from the US is precisely zero. There is even a prohibition on US citizens allowing a non-citizen to look through their NV scope!
