sir-slots-alot
Chaps. Out with my 17 rem - a light 2 3 mph breeze and plenty of sun. a perfect evening for it to shine as a potent varmint calibre. The rabbit is 515 yrds away - and the shot is called Thanks and I Hope you enjoy it http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NbqH6svQiq0 CHeers me dears Alan

TonyH
OK Alan, you made your point! Bloody good shooting there with any sort of calibre, but especially for a .17.... It was a nice evening here too and I shot another half-dozen bunnies, but with the rimfire at ranges from 15 to 65 yards... Regards, Tony

sir-slots-alot
Thanks for the kind words lads. We have had some lovely calm evenings lately , and th 17 rem has really impressed. About 10 mins after I shot that rabbit in the video - a magpie landed and started pecking at it. I re - dialled in - using the same clicks - the bullet stuck middle of its back - I was double chuffed You dont get much time on maggie's usually , So I didn't bother filming .... Nevermind ATB Alan
