griffshrek
Hello all , i have a Sako 85 varmint with the laminated stock. The finish of the stock is a bit light and shiney for my taste. the rifle is a few yrs old and has the odd dent so thought i would re-do the stock. My questions 1/ do i use a chemical stripper of some kind to remove the finish or sanding , if sanding what about the chequering how do i remove finish from that. 2/ what is best to use to re-finish stock. hope youi can help ...neil
