Reluctantly I've decided to sell my Sako TRG 42 Green fixed stock with phosphate black barrel and action. I've only put a handful of rounds through it each year for the past 4-5 yrs and it seems a shame to let it sit not being used properly. Fired approximately 400 rounds from new. Excellent condition throughout. I've used this occasionally at Sennybridge but mostly at Warcop were I recorded my longest shot to date of 1876m with this rifle. Im looking to sell as a complete package as listed below. For sale are the following items- Rifle setup- Sako TRG 42, .338 Lapua Magnum Rifle. Green and phosphate black. Sako TRG 3 ring scope mount. For sale is my extremely unused Sako 85 Hunter in 6.5x55. I bought this rifle in 2008 and to date the round count is below 160. Because of this lack of use I've decided it would be better to sell on to someone that would use it as I feel its a waste to have it sat in the cabinet doing nothing. The reason for purchasing the rifle originally was as a stalking rifle but it has never been anywhere other than my local range so is in very good condition as can be seen in the photo. The only blemish on the rifle is some light scuffs on the stock near the heal which can be seen in the picture, I think this was from either another rifle being taken out or put back at the side of it. Once I spotted this I bought gun socks for all my rifles and it has been kept in one ever since. The package consists of:- - Sako 85 Hunter R/H chambered in 6.5x55 - T8 moderator threaded in M14 - Sako Optiloc rings and bases. - Leupold VXL 3-10X56 Scope with a boon and crocket reticule, which matches the trajectory of both 156gn sako and 140 federal ammo very well out to 300yds which is the furthest I've shot it. - I have 80 rnds of PPU FMJ 139gn ammo as well which will be included, this was bought to use on range but I've only fired 20 of the 100 I bought. - 79 Once fired sako cases, 17 PPU cases, 20 Federal Cases. - 36 140gn Hornady SST, 30 140gn & 112 129gn Hornady interlock, 37 120gn Speer Spitzer bullets. Now Sold.

I'd just like to echo the thanks Matt and to Terry. Excellent CoF with a nice mixture which in parts i found quite challenging. Hopefully it will be repeated next year and if so there's NO WAY im travelling there and back in the day. Cheers, Sean.

+1 for J F Neville its my local shop and is were Ive bought every gun i own (owned) from, Great shop. I use Mansfield gun centre for a few bit's and pieces for reloading as well.
