Has anyone used Optics Planet in recent times to bring anything over?
They list the UK as a shipping destination but it seems far to simple.

Beckingham.
I’m not sure what the deal is with mounting the sensors etc, the lads who go may have made a separate sub frame to hold the target and sensors.
As I said I don’t deal with those bookings and I don’t shoot there but the reports I get back do say the admin and management team are fairly easy to deal with.

Our club has used our silver mountain system a few times that I know of.
Not sure what was involved as I don’t deal with it but I think the organisers just asked during the pre shoot meeting got the ok then.

Would you sell rifle without scope and mount?
Ideally all as one but depends on your offer for the rifle.

Due to lack of use I'm selling my Mosin Nagant sniper.
It's a 1943 dated Tula rifle with a reproduction PE scope and mount.
Rifle is in very good condition for its age and shoots fairly well. As shown in the pics some numbers are re-stamps so assume it's been factory refurbed at one point. I don't know enough to decipher all the markings. I’ll add a better photo of the barrel markings when I can.
The rifle comes as shown in the pictures but it's previous owner fitted a timney trigger unit, I have the original available to re instal if needed.
I should be able to arrange RFD transfer at buyers cost.
Now sold.

Yep I'm going.

I run small primer brass in my Sako with no issues at all.

You might be able to do it using a NV bridge. Not a cheap option though, especially with your growing collection.

I have a TRG 22A1 in 6.5 Creedmoor.
I chose that because I'm a big fan of the TRG platform and liked the look of the A1, that's about it really.
I've not shot a AX so can't help you with for or against points between the two I'm afraid. So far I'm really liking the A1, it adjusts a lot so fits well and is really nice to shoot. It's a very accurate rifle but I'm sure it's on par with the AX.
I suppose my only gripe with it would be the cost of the magazines but that's it.

I used N570 in mine with 250gn scenars. Very good speed and accuracy from the 27” barrel on my TRG.

I had a delivery last month from the States via UPS, not a Boyd’s stock but was rifle furniture.
My experience was very similar to Bruce with forms to complete and info sent off for customs.
