  1. Nightforce ATACR 7-35x56 F2 Illuminated SF ZS SFP MIL-C Zero Stop Rifle Scope

The Nightforce ATACR 7-35x56 F2 is building a high-magnification riflescope that delivers razor-sharp imaging across the entire zoom range is not easy. Fortunately, it is a technological challenge we've mastered in our Nightforce ATACR 7-35x56 F2 riflescopes.

The brilliance and clarity that only the finest ED glass can provide is matched with the virtually indestructible construction that characterizes all of our ATACR riflescopes, resulting in what is, quite simply, the most precise, powerful instrument for extended-range shooting money can buy.

MOUNTED AND USED TWICE TO ZERO AND A RANGE DAY.

2715 and I’ll include the American defence mount it’s sat in.

    incredible glass, faultless function.

I just need to free up some cash.

    part exchange deals always considered.

    Target or stalking scopes

This was today in Greenwich. I don’t know what the answer is to that other than several bullets if you happen to be in the wrong place at the wrong time. Not that you can in the U.K. but what a depressing society, full respect to anyone having to deal with nut jobs like that.

Something other than a weak sentence and a deep understanding of the deprived background of the thugs involved.

There is very little that can be done in some areas of the U.K..

would anyone fancy going up against them with a cayenne pepper spray and a baton made in China.

I’m a firm believer all police should be armed.

Sorry, the police have not done me any favours both in relation to shooting nor personally when needed so I will criticise.

If you feel shooting a potential suicide bomber and not checking they are actually dead is good SOP then plugging them multiple times 10 minutes later when he wakes up we can agree to disagree.

Concur I would not know what to do if confronted with a bomber.

If the average armed policeman is as you say not sufficiently trained then he should not be armed - period.

I am sorry your interactions with the police have been negative.

The n regards to checking a potential suicide bomber is dead,  and f they are down they are not a threat.  Unfortunately the practicalities of checked by a pulse and  breathing of someone possibly attached to explosives and shipyard confetti somewhat confuse the situation.

perhaps they were following SOPS whilst awaiting an EOD team to analyse and disrupt the device if needed ?

when the threat re-presented they in turn re-engaged

my statement is not that they are not sufficiently trained.

they may not be fully conversant with engaging SBIED threats, not many people are.  Given it is a limited threat

and even fewer know how they will react until that threat becomes a reality.

i would stand by the fact that those officers done well to neutralise the threat.

Does read a bit ‘iffy’, from memory of the videos at the time it was handguns initially.

not exactly great advertising for armed plod 😳

Quite good advertising reply the threat was eliminated.

fire until the threat no longer presents, one round or twenty dead is dead there were no  injuries from shoot through.

it would be nice to be presented a nice T-box shot.  But on this day unfortunately not.

It would be nice to think that the police have hours of training to deal with SBIED however your average armed officer likely does not.

this culture of looking to blame and criticise in hindsight at every opportunity is not healthy.

in the unlikely event that most people come across a suicide bomber they will go guns empty either that’s a 20 round magazine or a two hundred belt.

2 to the chest one to the head and headshot drills are just that.    Reality is rarely anything like training.

  5. Get in touch with a company called airsoft world in Glenrothes fife.

they have full Keela waterproof suits in DPM.

99 quid for a jacket, the trousers I think are the same price.

great quality kit at a reduced price as long as you don’t mind DPM

Fair enough, funnily enough the NX8 was what I was looking at too in that price bracket (for the original RRP). Probably the right call.

There is a used minix zp 5-25 on here somewhere.

that trumpet both and comes in cheaper.  I have one on my 223 the best glass I have used to my eyes.  Beats the PM2. Cracking scopes if they suit your eyes.

the NX 8 is decent but not on a par with the minox.  If you can find it that’s where my money would be going.

  7. I tried to get the 4.5-27 none in FFP in stock in the U.K. when I was looking.  Went with the 3-18 FFP and BDC reticle.

It sits On a stalking rifle just now.  Glass is good it has been used prior to sunrise a few times.  The illuminated dot works well.  A quality scope at a decent price.
