    Yep, sorry, I was wrong! My friend has a cheapish one as it was manufactured from the off with a less than 24” barrel.

    He’s pretty sure Uberti do a coach gun - might be worth exploring.

    Problem is, as with anything, you need to compromise to achieve both long lasting and quality. For both of those you’ll probably have a relatively high (£5-600+) RRP.

    Mods, like barrels, are consumables. The quality (ie, efficacy/greatest sound attenuation) is what I’ve been working on with a couple of RFDs up in Yorkshire recently.

    What twist rate are you going for? I’d suggest a 1:11; I don’t think my 1:12 will work well with anything heavier than a 175gr bullet.
