Dustyman Posted December 13, 2015 Report Share Posted December 13, 2015 Have a fault with my Zeiss LRF and wondered if anyone knows of a repair facility in the uk for it or if it's a return to base only option? Any one any experience of their after sales support . It's out of warranty I would imagine as I've had it three years and it was preowned . Thanks for looking . If you get someone in another dept answering the phones for them, ask for Gary.... he is on the service and repair side. All very helpful though. palo Posted April 14, 2017 Report Share Posted April 14, 2017 My mate recently had a problem with his zeiss lrf. It was also out of warranty so he took it back to the dealer he bought it from. It was returned to zeiss but they couldn't repair it so they offered him a new one for 50% of the retail price. He took it. What's the problem with yours ?
