Two days after sending them back Zeiss UK informed me that they were recommending a new pair be dispatched from Germany which arrived today I even had a courtesy phone call asking if I was happy with the new pair and apologise for any inconvenience caused Top service from Zeiss UK Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

It was entirely my fault. After phoning them, Zeiss sent me a new set for free .. delivered the next day .... Outstanding service from a top company...
