Zeiss Customer Service

Whilst out at the beginning of the month my Zeiss RF binos decided to pack up and developed condensation in one of the lenses.

 

Two days after sending them back Zeiss UK informed me that they were recommending a new pair be dispatched from Germany which arrived today :D

 

I even had a courtesy phone call asking if I was happy with the new pair and apologise for any inconvenience caused

 

Top service from Zeiss UK :D

I have has similar service with Zeiss , I managed to dint the adjustment cap on a 3-12x56 that I used to own. It was entirely my fault.

 

After phoning them, Zeiss sent me a new set for free .. delivered the next day .... ;)

 

Outstanding service from a top company... I have owned several Swarovski's and there customer service is legendry
