Kestrel Bluetooth Warning

Recommended Posts

Some maybe more aware of this than i was but anyone using the Kestrel on a firing line switch your bluetooth off as i had a shoot ruined yesterday by a guy trying to connect his kestrel with his phone and connected to my kestrel which replaced my firing solution with his ... This went badly for me on that shoot ... I should have known when i was dialing on and i even checked that i had put the correct distance in ... BUT i never checked the gun name .

I actually found who it was ... and it was done by accident but it doesn't change the result .... Be aware  !

There's also a PIN function you can turn on if you need to keep your Bluetooth on.

Well spotted ... I've activated the PIN function
