Lost clip

Took my CZ452 WMR out the other night and when I pulled the bolt back too re-cycle another round it wouldn't. Closer inspection revieled the clip had come of the safety catch pin and the bolt spring was no longer held in.

 

1/ Are these parts readily availible and

2/ could I undertake the job myself

3/ if not is there a smith in the S.E.Wales area that could fix it.

Last I heard Eric Brooks was under indictment for fraud or the like. He took money without sending product. Just an FYI. An odd one too as I have done business with him in the past...

 

As to the clip. Which one are you talking about? My 452's safety pulls out of the bolt to release the mainspring. I'm unsure as to what "Clip" you lost.~Andrew

There is a recess in the safety pin that looks like it houses a collette or spring clip the safety pin then pushes through the minspring release bolt, Andrew I,m no mechanic nor engineer and only using the terms I think are suitable. I take from your reply you are doubtfull of this springs existance.
