Hi there I am not unfortunately (if I was there would be no ring mark on it)  not sure on age either all I know is that it has no quibble lifetime warranty on it and it all seems like a solid scope,no lenses marks and turrets are as they should be and have nice clicks. I bought it for a rifle that I sold before I got it mounted so it’s just redundant for me.Sorry I can’t be more help
