RCBS Customer Service

Recommended Posts

I have an RCBS Chargemaster which is donkeys years old but still works perfectly and despite me upgrading to an Auto-trickler I couldn't part with it.

The power supply frazzled and I was unsure about buying a generic replacement.

Called RCBS and without any hesitation they sent me a new power supply gratis of cost and postage.

I am impressed!

I too have had good service

I bought a second hand charge master 'lite' and found it threw very inaccurate loads

Wrote to RCBS - explained that it was second hand but it didn't perform very well

They told me to destroy it, send photo proof of its disposal and they would replace it

This I did- with not a little misgiving

Month later a charge-master 1500 turned up

Been a good bit of kit
