JR FIREARMS
I’ve not had much time for projects recently due to work load, but here’s a little project i’ve been working on here and there. A low profile picatinny rail for the Sako 85 that is attached via M4 cap head screws. It requires thread milling the action to accept the screws. It’s not a new idea as Neil McKillop has been doing this for a while, i just fancied having a go for my own rifle and maybe the odd customer. It’s much more versatile than the optilocks and negates any alignment issues that some suffer with. It also gives the option of making a 20 MOA version for longer ranges. JR FIREARMS
Currently it is bare aluminium that can be anodised, but stainless can also be used.
