Can this accommodate a longer COL than the standard Tikka mag and will it fit the T3X rifle?

I use it in a T3X but Iv a different stock / chassis fitted 

it depends on what you have 

I’ll measure for OAL in the morning

You can dremel sand the front plastic spacer a bit to accommodate longer rounds. I’ve done this to two mags and works well in my .223ai with 80gn bullets.
