Anchutz 1517 light trigger spring wanted

Hi All i have a 1415 .22 lr with the sweetest 2 stage trigger & a 1517 17 hmr with a single stage "heavy" trigger

well its like pushing chain uphill, the past 5 weeks, trying to get a simple spring from him & i have requested refund via PP.

Does anybody know of a reliable supplier i might use

Hi Popgun,

Sorry I cant help with an alternative, but I’m spotting a pattern here.

I’m in exactly the same position. Ordered and paid from the same place as you on the 12th March. No spring, or reply to numerous emails. Whilst I understand that these are difficult times, there is really no excuse for the lack of service or communication.

I also requested a refund from PP, but have yet to receive a reply.

Could you not remove the spring and measure the length, D, number of coils and wire thickness. There are lots of supplier's of springs so you could get the next one down.

Tracy @ Raug, found the spring i needed, put it on order to Germany, i contacted my rfd The Country  Store in Sawston who placed the order with Raug, 2 weeks later it was with me ,cost, a  fiver. Its transformed the rifle, well pleased.
