Weight 410 grams.Leg height adjustable from 200-300mm in 20mm notched increments. They are sprung so just pull them out to the desired height and they will retract back automatically on depressing the stay catch. They can be locked in position forwards, backwards and 90 degreesPan and tilt function (not tensioned).Quick one handed attachment and releaseComes with 3 sling swivel adapters.Used only a handful of times.
