Is that brass from the 5.56mm NATO Spec SS109 ammunition ?

I believe primer pockets are crimped and needs to be removed before the cases are reprimed, which i'm not sure how you'd do it ?

they have crimps yes

some are removed

i used ed a crimp cutter by hornaday made a good job of the ones I did only
