I bough a custom Remmie last year in 22BR.  Lovely rifle to shoot and very accurate. The trigger was ok to start with but quickly became creepy and notch’s and just not very nice to use. It was a Rifle Basix trigger so I contacted them on line for advice. They could not have been more helpful.

After several emails with suggestions on how to adjust and things to try they made arrangements with me for a phone call. I spoke to a very helpful chap called Jeff but we agreed the trigger was probably no good. Jeff made an offer to post me a brand new trigger assembly which he had set to a pound pull weight. Cost me just £20 to cover the postage. 

Dropped the trigger into the rifle today and it is spot on 😀

Brilliant product and first class customer service. Can’t fault them
