Chris-NZ
Have scored a batch of various projectiles cheaply and in one box of 53gr Hornady flatbase HPs were about 20 which were similar but clearly different. Weighing showed they are actually 52gr and the calipers indicate an average length of 17.7mm (~.697") I suspect they're either Hornady or Sierra. Anybody got either to measure? thanks Chris-NZ
casts_by_fly
chris, I've got 2 boxes of 53 gr sierras at home. I can check some things when I get home tonight. What do you want to see? Keep in mind that the sierra 52 gr is a BT while the 53 is a FB. Not sure if they have always been like that, but that's how they are right now. Thanks, Rick
