Andrew Posted October 26, 2008 Report Share Posted October 26, 2008 Starting loads for the standard .243 are the place to start. Remember that not all powders will give increased performance in an Ackley chamber. With many, you simply add powder to the now larger capacity case to get back to the standard un-improved levels and then go from there. If you have access to a chronograph you should use it.
