ejg223
I sold off a S&B and am looking for a not too heavy slightly higher mag scope with dials. Two that interest me at the moment would be either Nikon X 4-16x50 or the 6.5-20x50 Conquest. I've looked through the Nikon which seemed very good but only at a show and I've never looked through a conquest. Nikon is a bit heavier. Any one have that Nikon? Conquest? Elwood
I will be watching this thread closely as I'm in the process of buying a Conquest myself. I have to say that the Nikon does look the biz, but I would want a bit more magnification.
22/250 foxer
the only trouble with the conquest is they have to be got from the states as they dont sell them here. and the ones that are here for sale from private sellers are snapped up quick. ejg223
Thanks B-B, is Kal back? I'll be over to texas for christmas and a friend is going for a shot in Canada in November. He could toss one into his rifle box on the way back. Just in case I need one quicker I'd be snookered. e-gun has one every now and then, but expensive. Elwood, I would also prefer a bit more mag. I'm very seldom below 6 anyway. Where or how are you planning to get a conquest? edi
