Maybe someone could help me out with your snazy software.

Just to check my drop chart, deer seaon starts tomorrow..

Any good guess at the speed as we have not set up a crony yet.

I have loaded the following that shoot into the same spot.

cal 308, 22", Lothar Walther 1in10

1) 165SST, 45.0gr Varget, COL 2.809 , CCI BR, Lapua brass

2) 155 A-max, 44.0gr N140, COL 2.811, CCI BR, Rem brass

3) 150 Hornady SP flat base (interlock) 44.0gr N140, COL 2.773 CCI BR, Rem brass

Thanks

regards

The number 2 sounds about right as I was loading similar at one time out of a 24'' barrel and getting just under 2800.

Thanks Elwood, Eldon

that was fast

I had used 2700 for my drop chart, not too far off. I'll adjust anyway.

My goal loading these three was to get them close to 2700 as the rifle seems

to like it. The hornady soft points printed 1.5" with 46gr varget or 46gr n140

Now theyr'e at 1/2".
