Not too heavy, about 2.5 m high and quick and quiet to erect. Spoke to Jagersport but they wanted best part of £400.00 I was thinking about half of that. Not professing to know much about high seats and have no connection to the seller but it comes in under budget and looks as if it may fit requirements.
