onehole
I,ve abandoned the "in house" nozzle holder that comes with the machine ,,,as it quite frankly is not up to sturdily holding/maintaining a torch in a rigid position.I now mount a torch within a vice on a bench and bring the machine up to meet the torch and adjust from there,,,its much more solid and secure,,,you can also direct the flame in a better direction for better entry and exit. The machine is very good and works but is not geared to easy torch alighment as supplied....not complaining but if you want to anneal properly this machine needs a little help,,,,,,,,,,? Sorry not answered the OP question re best torch but set up and accurate adjustment is also key to focused annealing,,,,,,,,Be prepared to waste loads of experimental specimens!!!!
