what happened to the factory fitted picatinny rail? was this a varmint that has been fitted into a super varmint stock?

Hi i took the picatinny rail off years ago to put optilock rings and bases on they are the best cheers.

I'll second that! Mine's a basic .223 Rem Tikka Hunter with a T3 plastic stock, and Opti-Locks, and a Sightron.... Still shoots in the .2"s on a calm down with me doing my bit... Cracking guns!
