It is an older version, Davy made this for me a few years ago and i have only used it a few times when load testing. It is beautifully made and light weight. It goes down to around 150mm and 570mm wide.(will double check) It currently has a sling swivel attachment. I am sure Davy could replace it with a rail fitment if the new owner required.
