Respecting the difference in RRP, thoughts please. I lie to have a variable rheostat to control the brightness

i have both a nm and a ledray 700 (which is a pile of shite)

the t20's are very good for the money but wont reach out like the nm

Nightmaster.....if you're talking infrared, it's easy enough to get the led star changed for one of the latest and much better AS series leds.

 

These work to their best with a more powerful 1400mAh driver but the existing 1000mAh driver will work just fine and the AS will still be a big improvement over the original led.

 

(In other words I didn't bother looking for a more powerful driver as the existing one may, or may not, be specified to work in conjunction with the tailcap rheostat)
