Shuggy Posted October 17, 2014 Report Share Posted October 17, 2014 I believe that was the report that was comiisioned by the Forestry Comission and which led directly to the Home Office relaxing the guidelines for the issuing of moderators around 10 years ago. HSL are absolutely the top national experts on the measurement of impulse noise. I have heard that there is talk of turning their test protocol into a British Standard.
