Scotch_egg Posted September 12, 2014 Report Share Posted September 12, 2014 On Saturday 6th September several UKV members had an informal get together raising money for charity where we put several gongs from Bruce Hutten targets through the mill. We had use of Calton moor tunnel thanks to Mike Dickonson We shot gongs on some neighbouring ground from 300 yards out to 860 yards. The gongs took some hammer and stood up very well indeed. Scenars and some ball ammunition was used. Our very own Baldie of Valkyrie Rifles put up a tub of Varget to the highest bidder raising £150. Very kind gesture considering its rarity!
