Attching Atlas Bipod to Regular Rifle forend

Recommended Posts

Hi,

I am currently having a 6.5 Creedmoor built and am looking to use an atlas bipod. The rifle will be using a Mcmillan varmint stock.

Now i Know i will need to mount a short picatinney rail on the under side of the stock but I am looking for recommendations as to which will give the lowest profile as i dont want a great tall blocky adapter stuck on the underside of the stock as the rifle will be doing double duty as a range gun but also for taking the occasional deer.

So really if anyone out there has done anything similar and has achieved a nice low profile solution then if you could let me know which rail section/kit you used i would be very grateful.

Many Thanks,

Hugh

We have the Atlas BT34 mounting rail in stock here

Its about as low profile as it gets.

Dan. I tried to look at your stuff, but your website response is dire. The pages just don't load. Regards JCS
