I've tried a hunters cheek piece and it's. "Ok" Just seen the karsten cheek adjustable cheek piece .... Don't know any bring bout them or heard owt Anybody experience of these? Can they be installed easy enough? Just thought it may be a more solid cheek piece and adjustable .... Cheap way of obtaining what I want without a whole new stock ? Finally!!!! Anyone sell em ? .300wm
Heya, I bought one a few weeks ago from a UKV member. Was a good price and was fitted by Steve Kershaw. Was easy to fit and has made a huge difference to comfort. I am not at home at the mo' so can't take any photos but will get some up if I remember, was well worth it. Cheers
SteveW
I've got one on a sporter stocked rifle that is used with a dedicated NV scope. I find it very comfortable, especially with the compressed foam/rubber patch stuck on with an impact adhesive. It wouldn't be my first choice for an adjustable cheek piece riser, but with synthetic stock apart from these and the Hunter style cheek pieces you are not left with a great choice. Maybe an option to sell yours and get an adjustable version?
