The Gun Pimp Posted January 5, 2014 Report Share Posted January 5, 2014 Few rules regarding bi-pods - must have two legs but beyond that, anything goes. Plenty of club shooters will use a Harris but very few serious FTR shooters will. The features of the Harris - light, easily detachable, folding - are not really important, it's all about a stable platform and that usually means 'wide'. Weight can be an issue but, a bi-pod like the Mystic is as light as a Harris but offers much better stability and recoil control. Check out the Third Eye for a bi-pod that has it all.
