bradders
Any suggestions? I have 3 of the things and have just taken them apart (which was a struggle) They're full of grey manky cak as you would expect, and some of it is quite thick. Been scrubbing them in the sink with warm soapy water, but not getting very far. Open to suggestions, don't want to damage the finishes though (anodised) Thanks
Aggy
Not tried it but I would have thought an ultrasonic cleaner would do it. Maybe a squirt with brake cleaner first ? Aggy
MrCetrizine
I did my rimfire mod in my ultrasonic. It came out lovely but was a pain to get dry.
DaveK
Clean? You mean rimfire mods can be cleaned? Don't tell my 10 year old one (whatever it is) it's not been stripped since I got it.
