help or info needed on a rifle scope

hello people, new member here...not shot a gun since i was in my 20's a webley vulcan it was so gives you an idea of how long ago it was, recently though i purchased a bsa lightning xl and it has this scope fitted to it...hakko color reticle 8x56, it has a red dome shape at the rear of the scope and the crosshairs (if that is what they are called) are red inside the scope...can anybody shed any light on this regarding age, quality, origin ect...ect... thanks
