Canadian F-Class Guy Posted December 12, 2012 Report Share Posted December 12, 2012 The natives in the local hills over here are singing folk songs and performing interpretive dances about a legendary piece of kit called a DCR action that the medicine man say hails from the UK... baldie Posted December 12, 2012 Report Share Posted December 12, 2012 John and I will have a new action on display at Stoneleigh which will have several new feature and ultra fine tolerances , fit and finish. A new action basically aimed at the high end market. I,m not going to reveal any of the modifications until its built up , otherwise its likely to be copied. John RPA Posted December 12, 2012 Report Share Posted December 12, 2012 DANP OUR in-house ACTIONS ARE NOT THE SAME AS THE GBR and yes we are building some top end actions for steve kershaw, our custom actions for gbr and a few others were one of the first custom actions built in the uk before others jumped on the band wagon.we have manufactured some high spec f-class actions in stainless steel with a very tight tolerance in bolt to body fit and use our specialist coating to prevent any bolt to body gauling,the good thing about us is we can make an action to customers spec i.e bolt to body tolerance,left port right bolt and can tailor the ejection port to a customers supplied dummy round,handle thread for bolt knob,firing pin hole size,every componant is made in house right down to the sako style extractor claw we have been making custom actions now for a long time,and without blowing our own trumpet would gladly put one of our actions up against any of the other british actions on the market and come out smiling and dave i toO know what its like to have stuff copied mate Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
