simon6ppc Posted April 9, 2012 Report Share Posted April 9, 2012 hi guys i,ve just joined this forum and i am looking forward for advice etc.i ave an rpa 22ppc,it shoots top groups at 100,200 yards, it also shoots 60 grain bullets bang on,was just wondering if any of you guys knew what the barrel twist is,cheers.... simon6ppc Posted April 9, 2012 Author Report Share Posted April 9, 2012 Hi Simon, welcome to the forum, you dont happen to have a 338 as well do you....? no sorry pal ave a rpa 22ppc, a sako 6ppc, and a sako 22.250, for fox and vermin. a swear by all 3 off them, it some times takes me 10 minutes to decide which one to use when i go out... Cheers Dave ye i thawt that mi self,just it shoots 40 grain not as good but still around half inch,ish at 100 yard , if its a 12 twist what weight should it be able to go up to.ive never used any above 60 in it.cheers pal.
